Morgana Overture Premiere with the San Rafael Symphonic Band of Bunyol

It was a real treat taking the short trip from Valencia to Bunyol to witness the premiere of one of my overtures by the local Symphonic Band from the Conservatorio Profesional de Música San Rafael de Buñol. This was made possible through collaboration and internal competitions from within Berklee, in order to select the pieces to be played.

Berklee Valencia’s campus masters’ graduate fellows collaborate with the Conservatorio Profesional de Valencia

This year at Berklee’s campus in Valencia, fellows from the Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games master’s program, and from the Music Production, Technology, and Innovation master’s program are working together with Berklee professors and the Conservatorio Profesional de Valencia, recording film and game scores with student orchestras, in an effort to bring the faculties within Berklee closer through collaborative projects, as well as integrating Berklee to other artistic institutions in Valencia.
