Berklee in Nicaragua

In the last few years, a number of dedicated and ambitious students have developed strong ties with the Latin American music industry—organizing events in Boston and at the Latin Billboard Awards, and working behind the scenes at the Latin Grammys. Coming up, the new leaders of the Latin American Music and Business Club jet down to Nicaragua for the Central American Music Conference. They’ll schmooze with kings of cumbia, rulers of reggaetón*… aaand Ricky Martin’s producer. This weekend’s so bright, they’ve got to wear shades. Can’t wait to hear about it.
