We were amazed after performing at Bonnaroo 2011. There are no words to describe how we feel to be returning this year, but we will try…
This time around, our names are featured on the lineup with some of the biggest names in music: Radiohead, Phish, The Beach Boys, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. We are going as performers, but can’t hide our excitement as passionate fans of live music.
We will be using our two performances at the festival as the release of our debut e.p., Fight the Fall. We are proud to celebrate the release of this record on our one year anniversary as a band. At the festival that gave us our start. Poetic, cyclic, and just plain awesome.
This is an incredible time for us as we knock on the door of possibility and hold great hope for our future. We are extremely excited to share our Bonnaroo 2012 experience with our Berklee friends and family. We will be blogging and tweeting while at the festival, keeping you in touch and giving you a taste of what it means to be a “Bonnaroovian.”
In the meantime here’s a live video of our song “Up All Night.” This is the very song that was up for the Sonicbids Road to Roo contest last year. Sonicbids is an incredible company founded by Panos Panay, another Berklee Alumni. In short, we ended up winning Road to Roo, and without it would have never had the opportunity to play for thousands of people at the biggest and best music festival in the country!
So stay in touch. Follow us, Tweet us, share us with your friends, Facebook us, Youtube us, and you can even donate to the recording of Fight the Fall here.
